This role is in Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) team, where you’ll build trusted relationships with customers, uncover their business needs, and translate them into powerful advertising solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals. You’ll collaborate with executive stakeholders, influence market‑shaping strategies, and deliver tangible results that significantly impact global businesses.
US base salary range: $84,000–$120,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Google’s advertising products and solutions.
Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize sales activities to meet customer goals.
Ability to be independent, comfortable with ambiguity, curious, and resilient.
Excellent problem‑solving and project‑management skills.
Excellent people‑management, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with clients and agencies, understanding their business challenges and key success metrics.
Work proactively and cooperatively with AE, specialist peers, and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
Plan for and achieve business growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that help clients meet their marketing objectives.
Develop data‑driven analyses and strategic recommendations to quantify high‑impact opportunities for clients and deepen knowledge of Google advertising products to align solutions with client marketing goals.
Deliver consistent Value Delivered narratives to show impact, win incremental Google media, and merchandise the success for clients. Travel for client meetings as needed.
