What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the design, testing, development, and optimization of customer-facing applications
Collaborate in advanced stages of Scrum to ensure smooth software delivery
Enforce and improve code quality standards regarding resilience, data, and security
Evaluate and incorporate modern programming languages and tools for development
Participate in project planning sessions to analyze development requirements and recommend solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
Four or more years of programming experience
Extensive experience in software development and modern programming languages
Workday configuration and leave management configuration experience
Proven experience with Scrum and advanced DevOps methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
Experience with Workday Wellness implementation
Background in ADP or UKG systems
Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior developers
