$175,000.00/yr - $600,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Focus Capital Markets One of the first projects is to build a new middle and back office trading and settlements platform from scratch in a scalable fashion that leverages modern technologies and can withstand the test of time. You will write new code every day, so we need someone who is senior but still looks for new technical challenges. A strong background in fixed income technology is required to succeed in this position. In this role, you would be working for one of the preeminent buy‑side trading firms in the world, with significant upside potential as well as a major emphasis on quality‑of‑life and work/life balance. Qualifications
5+ years of buy side technology experience. Hands‑on development experience with Core Java. Vast knowledge of technology platforms utilized internally by hedge funds. Strong fixed income knowledge is required. Desire to work with modern technologies including Python and AWS. Must understand middle office hedge fund operations. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Quantitative finance experience. Bachelors in mathematics, physics, computer science, computational finance or a related field of study.
