Your Role
The Advanced Analytics team delivers data‑driven insights, advanced analytics, and AI infrastructure solutions to support strategic decision‑making and operational excellence across Stellarus. The Scrum Master will report to the Director of Advanced Analytics. In this role you will manage Agile processes and infrastructure‑related initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional collaboration, and facilitate communication between technical, business, and infrastructure stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure the team’s work is prioritized, blockers are removed, and both analytics and infrastructure project milestones are met—enabling impactful solutions that advance our mission.
Your Knowledge and Experience
Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification with 7 years of Project Management skills or Scrum Master experience.
Requires Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification: Scrum Master or Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
Preferred Scrum Master certification (PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC); also CSM, A‑CSM (Scrum Alliance certifications).
Preferred experience as a Scrum Master for a minimum of two years for a Scrum team.
Preferred experience using JIRA and AgilePlace.
Required experience managing Agile processes and AI infrastructure projects in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Desired familiarity with cloud‑native tools and technologies supporting analytics and AI workflows.
Desired demonstrated ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and facilitate effective communication between technical, business, and infrastructure stakeholders.
Desired strong documentation skills and experience with Confluence or similar platforms.
Desired experience in resource planning and capacity management for Agile teams.
