Are you a Civil Engineering college graduate with a passion for structures and a desire to gain hands‑on experience in structural analysis and design? Cole Engineering is seeking motivated and curious Civil Engineering college graduates to join our team and explore the foundations of Structural Engineering through real‑world projects.
What You’ll Do:
Perform structural calculations and develop designs for structural systems.
Work with a variety of structural materials such as wood, steel, and concrete.
Support project engineers on active design and analysis projects.
Review and apply building codes, standards, and design references.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and, when ready, lead smaller projects with support from the team.
What You’ll Gain:

Familiarity with structural engineering concepts, basic calculation methods, and drafting software (a plus but not required).
Job Type: Full‑time • Location: Cincinnati, OH • Salary: $80,000.00–$110,000.00
