$240,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Barrington James We are partnering with a rapidly growing preclinical CRDMO specializing in E2E discovery and preclinical development services. To support expansion, they are seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP), Regional Head of Sales to lead their commercial team across North America, Europe, or APAC. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with global commercial goals and corporate growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the biotech, pharma, and emerging biopharma sectors. Guide positioning of the company's discovery and preclinical services, maximizing regional market share. Own regional sales targets, pipeline quality, and sales performance metrics. Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of sales leaders and business development professionals. Build and nurture C-level and senior-level relationships with existing and prospective clients. Enhance the company’s reputation the market through industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field required (Advanced degree, e.g., MBA, preferred). 10+ years of relevant commercial experience in the life sciences industry, with at least 7+ years in a senior leadership role within a CRO/CDMO/CRDMO. Strong understanding of the scientific, regulatory, and operational aspects of the CRO/CDMO industry. Demonstrated ability to close complex deals, including experience with pricing strategies and contract negotiations. What’s on Offer
