Data Analyst
to join its growing analytics team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with complex data, uncovering insights, and supporting key business decisions through data modeling and visualization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights that directly impact business outcomes.
Role
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data and reporting needs.
Extract, clean, and analyze datasets using advanced SQL and BI tools.
Design, build, and maintain data marts, tables, and visual dashboards.
⚙️ Conduct data validation and normalization to ensure integrity and consistency.
Provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.
️ Communicate findings clearly through visualizations and reports.
Support initiatives for improved data accessibility and reporting processes.
Participate in training and documentation for data systems and tools.
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technology, statistics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Advanced proficiency in
SQL
and familiarity with data modeling concepts.
Experience with visualization tools such as
Looker
or
Tableau .
Strong understanding of business intelligence principles and data warehousing.
Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of healthcare data, terminology, and reporting standards preferred.
Strong statistical analysis skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical audiences.

Competitive base salary range:
$65,100 – $75,000 USD/year , plus performance-based incentives.
