This role requires an experienced and capable Account Director with deep knowledge of social media and digital campaigns, a strong record in client relationship building, and proven ability to drive commercial growth.

Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Purpose of the Role The Account Director is the senior client partner responsible for driving commercial growth and deepening strategic relationships. The role is heavily client‑centric, focusing on client retention, relationship stability, and ensuring Digital Voices remains an indispensable global partner year after year. In addition, the Account Director drives commercial growth by identifying opportunities, shaping new workstreams, and guiding clients toward solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Steer cross‑functional teams around shared goals that reinforce account stability and client satisfaction.

Oversee account profitability, pricing strategies, and commercial planning in collaboration with senior leadership.

Guide teams to deliver consistently strong work that reinforces client trust and retention.

Provide strategic direction, unlock opportunities across markets, and lead teams to deliver consistently excellent campaign execution.

Person Requirements

6/7+ years’ experience in an agency environment leading major client relationships with a strong record of retention and long‑term account stewardship.

Experience creating long‑term strategic account plans focused on stability, loyalty, and expansion.

Experience shaping strategic recommendations and articulating business value to senior clients.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence C‑suite and senior marketing stakeholders.

Demonstrated leadership across multi‑market or global accounts.

Confidence in identifying organic growth opportunities and converting them into revenue.

Comfortable in a hybrid role balancing strategic leadership, commercial development, and delivery oversight.

Experience managing large cross‑functional teams and guiding account strategy across regions.
