Small to Medium Business Account Executive , you will be in the field, at the forefront of innovation, forging powerful connections, offering our customers best-in-class connectivity solutions, while delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Responsibilities

Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers in your assigned field territories using your market-savvy skills, community engagement, and valuable lead lists.

Engage and Educate: Approach businesses with professionalism. Enlighten them about the incredible benefits and features of our top-tier telecom services.

Customized Solutions: Dive into the unique needs of each customer, crafting tailored telecom packages that leave them satisfied.

Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements.

Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the advantages of our products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections.

Closing Deals: Negotiated and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and committed.

Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision.

Relationship Building: Provide exceptional post-sales support and assistance, turning customers into lifelong advocates.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate, share insights, and create strategies with fellow sales team members.

Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas.

Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2-3 years of field sales to Small/Medium Businesses.

Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Self‑motivated with a knack for working independently.

Proficient computer and technical skills.

Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

Physical abilities: work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking.

Ability to work full time.

Preferred Qualifications

Sales‑centric mindset and passion for achieving sales targets.

Extensive product knowledge of mobile and fixed-line products and services.

Digital proficiency with CRM systems, POS systems, and other relevant software.
