Marksman Security, LLC is hiring immediately for Flex Security Officers, San Francisco, CA
$27.50 Per Hour
Required Flexibility
– Must be flexible with schedules and available to work weekends, holidays, evenings, overnights, and other shifts as needed.

Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and procedures
Strong communication and report writing skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods
Comfortable using security systems, radios, and incident reporting tools
Conflict de-escalation and customer service skills
Work Schedule
Must be flexible and available for days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs (varies by site)
Capable of extended standing, walking, or patrolling
Maintain alertness and situational awareness at all times
Typical Responsibilities
Maintain site access control and visitor logs
Conduct patrols and safety checks
Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid State BSIS California Guard Card
Strong customer service skills
Familiarity with report writing
Computer skills are a must
Good verbal and written communication skills
Monitoring and surveillance experience
Essential computer competencies
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
Comfortable with outdoor environment in diverse weather conditions
Security Guard experience preferred, not required
Must successfully pass pre-employment background check
