Job Posting Title Functional Consultant - Oracle ERP
Job Description The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for utilizing various delivery methodologies employed by Prime and assist in the communications interface between IT and the business community in the investigation, identification, and documentation of business application requirements and technical solutions based on applicable technologies within Prime for either the enhancement of existing applications or to foster the development of new applications. This position is responsible for providing work direction and guidance to less senior members of the Systems Analyst IT team.
Responsibilities
Manage work direction, lead and influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within team
Collaborate with functional teams and business analysts to understand technical and functional requirements
Oversee execution of key strategic initiatives
Create and conduct logical design based on architectural reviews
Finalize and represent project work on behalf of Systems Analyst IT team for estimation process
Build and customize Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and other Oracle development tools
Develop custom reports, forms, interfaces, and workflows using tools like Oracle Application Framework (OAF), BI Publisher, and Workflow Builder.
Implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOA adapters, and orchestration patterns
Develop customizations and extensions for Fusion applications like ORMB Financials
Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Experience with specific domain relevant to team
2 years of experience with system requirements and/or supporting key business applications
Proven experience in leading others and providing work direction
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within team
Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills
Capable and willing to receive work direction from direct and indirect leadership
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
Ability to develop decision criteria and develop unbiased technology comparisons
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
Previous experience in PBM / health care industry
Understanding of security implications of domain
Desire to work in management and lead others
Physical Demands
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Potential pay for this position ranges from $74,000.00 - $118,000.00 based on experience and skills.
