Job Description As a Principal Ariba Consultant, you will contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in defining the problem, proposing and refining the solution, and play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes and deliverables and contribute to proposal development, client training and internal capability building, and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of relevant information technology experience.

Location for this position is Plano, TX or Richardson, TX. This position requires travel and/or relocation to project/client location.
PreferredQualifications
At least 7 years of hands‑on working experience in SAP Ariba implementation.
At least 6 years of experience delivering large procurement transformation engagements for multinational customers.
Experience in developing technical requirements for To‑Be business processes.
Experience in participating in the information gathering and design process for client implementation, including the development of solution scope documents.
Experience in SAP Ariba modules such as Procure, Invoice, Pay, Sourcing, Contract, Supplier mgmt., Analytics, Expense management, integration with major ERPs.
Experience in understanding the requirements by working with Release Train Engineer or Solution architect.
Experience in developing integration architecture with SAP Ariba and other touchpoints.
Experience in performing requirement analysis and defining solution for identified requirements.
Experience in customizing and configuring SAP Ariba application as per business requirements.
A certification in SAP Ariba will be good to have.
Responsibilities The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
