Product Owner – Commercial Pharma
Location: NJ/ CT/ PA
Duration: 6 – 12 months
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Product Owner with strong experience in the commercial pharmaceutical sector to lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of digital products that support commercial operations, field teams, and brand performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize product backlog aligned with business goals and commercial pharma strategies.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Brand, Sales, Medical, IT, Compliance) to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories.
Drive development of digital/CRM/omnichannel solutions to enhance HCP engagement and commercial effectiveness.
Ensure product compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal governance.
Monitor product performance, analyze data, and recommend enhancements to maximize business impact.
Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
Qualifications:
3–7 years of Product Owner/Product Management experience.
Strong knowledge of commercial pharma processes (HCP engagement, CRM, field force operations, omnichannel).
Experience working in agile environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
