Infosys is seeking a
Performance Test Lead .
As a Performance Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the non‑functional requirements of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, and execute tests to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real‑time scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative, high‑quality, defect‑free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. Required Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or Engineering.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of
Charlotte, NC
or be willing to relocate to the area.
This position may require travel in the U.S. and Canada.

Preferred
At least 4+ years of experience in performance testing, monitoring, and analysis using Dynatrace/AppDynamics with excellent reporting skills.
JMeter expertise for multiple protocols.
Hands‑on experience in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance bottlenecks using drill‑down analysis with monitoring tools, and interaction with various stakeholders for performance issue resolution.
Hands‑on experience with SAR, vmstat, iostat, netstat, perfmon, etc.
Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
Ability to lead a team of performance testers.
Good communication skill.
Good analytical skills.
Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
Provides automated test tool support, offers quality assurance, reviews, verifies, and certifies project work products and deliverables.
Familiar with planning and strategizing to meet performance goals, writing and executing performance testing scripts using various tools (mainly JMeter).
Establishes and performs periodic process audits and standards assessments. Schedules and participates in test reviews and walkthroughs.
Performs functional testing to validate application of OS patches, database patches, and security patches.
Reviews and enhances technical and functional test‑management activities.
Collects, reviews, and traces requirements to test cases and inspections.
