Senior Structured Finance Corporate Transactions Associate

A leading law firm is seeking highly qualified midlevel or senior associates or of counsel to join its structured transactions practice group. Candidates must have experience in corporate and/or finance transactions, with preference given to those with a background in structured finance and securitization. The position is available in multiple locations, including Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC.
