We are seeking a Field Application Scientist/Specialist to support assay development, workflow optimization, customer training, and scientific enablement for our spatial multi-omics systems. This role partners closely with R&D, product management, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure exceptional assay performance and customer success. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, refine, and validate spatial biology and multiplex multi-omics assays.
Deliver hands‑on customer training, workflow setup, and technical support.
Troubleshoot assays, interpret data quality issues, and recommend workflow improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize reagents, software, and automated instrumentation.
Support demos, evaluations, and scientific presentations for prospective customers.
Prepare high‑quality technical content including protocols, application notes, and training modules.
Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to product knowledge databases.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
Strong laboratory experience in molecular, biochemical, or imaging‑based assays.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and scientific communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with customers and cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with spatial biology, multi‑omics assays, or high‑plex imaging platforms.
Hands‑on experience with automated laboratory instruments.
Background in assay development, workflow optimization, or protocol troubleshooting.
Familiarity with tissue processing, immunohistochemistry, or single‑cell technologies.
