Responsibilities
Reporting organisationally to the Venue Infrastructure Senior Manager, the Venue Power & HVAC Manager will be a key member of the FIFA26 Technical Infrastructure & Services team.
Work in close collaboration with other key individuals responsible for planning and implementation of the Power solutions at all FIFA World Cup 2026™ venues.

Work with the Cluster Power Managers and Lead Power Manager.
Coordinate on-site activities of the appointed Power Service Provider.
Work with key non broadcast FIFA functional areas to refine their Venue and Overlay power requirements at Stadiums and other sites.
Work with the stadium power teams to ensure the seamless delivery of the Venue and Overlay Power scope.
Monitor and coordinate the progress and quality of the Venue and Overlay Power setup ensuring it is in line with the requirements.
Manage the contract with the power provider, overseeing scope, design specifications, Bill of Quantities, hand‑over procedures and other operational aspects.
Coordinate the conducting of necessary stress tests on the venue and overlay power setup across all FIFA official sites.
Applicants must be based near the venues that will host the FWC2026.
Role is focused on on‑site activities, coordinating in‑person implementation of temporary power installations, installation of diesel generators, and BESS.
The Venue Power Manager will work during the installation phase, match‑days, non‑match days and removal phase, following the match schedule hours.

Work Experience
Planning and delivering power solutions at events, preferably sport events.
Previous experience in event productions.
Languages
Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus.
Technology
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools.
