Overview
Flex Security Officer – Tech Client at GardaWorld Security Services. Special Response / Flex Security Guard covering a tech corporate site in Mountain View, CA. 24‑hour shifts day, swing, or overnight with full flexibility required.
Must be 21 years old
with active driver’s license and clean record. Minimum seven to nine months of security experience, preferably at a tech or corporate site, and a state security license with additional 32‑hour BSIS training.

Monitor premises to ensure security Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity Control access points and verify identities Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security Write detailed reports on events and incidents Collaborate with authorities during serious situations Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications
State security license and additional 32‑hour BSIS training (training can be obtained during hiring) Authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or GED 21 years old Active driver’s license with clean record 7‑9 months of security experience, preferably at a tech/corporate site Fully flexible and available to work all days of the week and all shifts; guaranteed or set schedules not offered Pass extensive screening process, including background check and drug screening after offer of employment Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations; responsive and strong problem‑solving skills Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
