Coordinate executive’s calendar and contacts. Establish work priorities and direct assignment of work to department staff. Send meeting invitations, agendas, book rooms, arrange for tech resources and refreshments. Maintain confidential information and manage confidentiality. Coordinate multi‑leg travel, manage changes and rescheduling. Own executive’s expense reports, ensure policy compliance. Act as communications liaison with departments. Respond to inquiries or refer to the appropriate partner. Prepare briefing notes and meeting minutes. Provide documentation needed for meetings and correspondence. Delegate and follow up on action items within scope. Support space planning needs for department growth. Manage special projects as assigned by the Executive. Own onboarding of new members of the Executive direct report team. Qualifications
Must Haves Ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritization. Strong confidentiality and ethical conduct. Experience in a fast‑paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Entrepreneurial spirit and continuous innovation. Excellent communication with honesty, kindness, and courage. Fostering connection, building relationships, and integrating joy. Nice to Haves 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience. Background with a publicly traded company. Advanced business acumen and prioritization. Authorization
Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role. Compensation and Benefits
Typical annual salary range:
$52,500 – $68,900 USD . Base pay is based on location and experience. Permanent employees may be eligible for a competitive annual bonus program.
