We’re working with a regional law firm in seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join their Conflicts Department. This non-practicing attorney role is critical in identifying, evaluating, and resolving ethical and business conflict issues in accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct. The Conflicts Attorney will collaborate with attorneys, Conflicts Analysts, and the Firm’s General Counsel to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.

Century City, San Francisco, or Irvine, CA
Job Type:
Full-Time, Hybrid after probation period, Direct Hire
Pay Rate:
$175,000 – $230,000 per year along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, etc.
Responsibilities:
Research relevant parties and matters to identify potential conflicts.
Review and analyze conflict reports for accuracy and completeness.
Serve as an escalation point for Conflicts Analysts and provide guidance on complex issues.
Coordinate with Conflicts Analysts and attorneys to resolve conflicts promptly.
Work closely with the General Counsel to ensure adherence to ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of conflicts experience in a law firm or similar environment.
Skills: Strong analytical and research abilities, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with the Rules of Professional Conduct.
