Senior Product Designer (Remote)

– Lennar Lennar is one of the nation's leading homebuilders dedicated to creating an extraordinary experience for homeowners, communities, and associates. As a Fortune 500® company, we build quality homes and provide exceptional customer service, giving back to the communities we serve while fostering a culture of opportunity and growth for our associates. Job Overview

At Lennar, we believe the experience of buying a home should be as beautifully designed as the home itself. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts across our digital sales ecosystem, helping prospective buyers fall in love with their future home while empowering our sales teams with intuitive, high‑performing tools. This role will drive the UX and visual design for a portfolio of impactful products, including: Smart QR code experiences that connect buyers to communities. Interactive digital sales presentations used by our sales team. Digital brochures and community landing pages. Lead capture flows that surface the right home to the right buyer. Internal dashboards and workflows enhanced with AI‑driven automation and insights. We’re at the intersection of design, data, and emerging AI workflows, building tools that look great, work smarter, and elevate both customer experiences and internal efficiency. Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to final visuals across web and mobile products. Translate user needs, product goals, and business metrics into intuitive and beautiful user experiences. Design and iterate on digital brochures, community landing pages, sales tools, QR code‑driven discovery flows, and lead capture/follow‑up experiences. Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, strategy, marketing, content, and analytics teams. Apply and evolve Lennar’s design system while pushing the visual craft of the team forward. Create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Conduct usability testing and apply data to make iterative, user‑informed design decisions. Contribute to how we showcase design internally through reviews, email updates, and product demos. Measure adoption, lead performance, and sales‑team efficiency to improve product outcomes. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of UX/UI or product design experience, preferably across customer‑facing and internal tools. Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and visual design craft. Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools. Curiosity or experience using AI tools in your design process. Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing. Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and component systems. Ability to work autonomously and drive clarity in ambiguous spaces. Confidence presenting work to stakeholders, including VPs and cross‑functional teams. Familiarity with front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and their impact on design decisions. Bonus: Experience designing tools for sales enablement, lead capture, or digital marketing workflows. Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $107,400 – $134,200 annually (subject to business factors). Eligible for bonuses, commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package per company policy, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, educational assistance, adoption assistance, paid vacation, holiday, sick leave, personal days, and more. Life at Lennar

We offer robust health insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with $1 for $1 company match up to 5%, paid parental leave, an Associate Assistance Plan, educational assistance up to $30,000 for adoption, up to three weeks vacation, holiday, sick, and personal days. Additional perks include a New Hire Referral Bonus, Home Purchase Discounts, and Everyone’s Included Day. We’re committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for all our associates.
