Power BI Specialist, Data Analytics - US Based Remote

Our Business Intelligence team is seeking a full-time, permanent Power BI Developer / Business Analyst to join our growing group. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with both reporting and development teams, contributing technical expertise and analytical insight to deliver impactful dashboards and reports to executive leadership.
We’re a highly collaborative team looking for someone who can turn data into actionable insights and communicate those findings effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
This role is 100% remote
Responsibilities
Design and build reports and dashboards using Power BI, including setting up security roles and permissions.
Write and modify SQL queries using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and/or Snowflake.
Analyze data from multiple sources to deliver meaningful insights to executive stakeholders.
Technical Requirements
2+ years of full time, professional experience with Power BI report development and data modeling (visuals, graphics, dashboards).
Ability to independently manage Power BI roles, permissions, and security settings.
Solid understanding of relational databases and hands‑on experience with SQL.
Demonstrated solid proficiency in creating SQL queries to manipulate large datasets.
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Required Skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to define requirements and tailor messaging for different audiences.
Detail‑oriented and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Demonstrated experience in reporting, analytics, and delivering business insights.
Familiarity with general business processes is preferred to support multiple stakeholders with their data visualization needs.

Thesalary range for this position is$80-$100K with a targeted annual bonus percentage of 10%.
