is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Breckenridge, MN branch. This role is part-time, with work hours Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 10:00 am.
Starting Salary:
$18 /hour
The Opportunity:
The part‑time Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day maintenance of the branch, ensuring it is clean, well stocked, and organized.
Responsibilities
Enforce daily operating procedures to ensure location is clean, adequately stocked and organized.
Maintain a safe work environment including performing loss prevention duties.
Properly clean and maintain equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
Education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Requirements
Positive outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills.
Able to operate a computer and perform simple arithmetic calculations.
Proficient verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to work in varying outdoor climates and in‑store cooler environments.
Physical ability to complete required duties, including standing, lifting, bending, reaching, and walking.
