Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry‑Level Event Specialist to join our growing team. As an Entry‑Level Event Specialist, you will assist with the planning, organization, and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary products and services.
Manage event registration and ensure all participants receive necessary materials.
Assist in the development of event timelines and budgets.
Support marketing efforts for events, including social media promotion and email campaigns.
Help set up event spaces, including decoration, seating arrangements, and technology needs.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Detail‑oriented with a passion for delivering high‑quality experiences.
