Akkodis is seeking a
Network Construction Manager
for a
Contract
with a client in
Seattle, WA . The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of client small cell and DAS projects, including vendor management and on-site coordination.
Rate Range $48/hour to $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Network Construction Manager job responsibilities include:
Manage all aspects of construction for client projects, including vendor selection and subcontractor coordination.
Oversee DAS and small cell deployments, including fiber installation, hub and node construction, and utility make-ready activities.
Attend deployment meetings and conduct site visits for bid walks, progress checks, and closeout inspections.
Ensure projects meet timelines and budgets, negotiating costs and holding vendors accountable for quality and compliance.
Maintain accurate project documentation and update tracking systems for reporting and compliance.
Act as safety and quality assurance representative on-site, ensuring adherence to client standards and safety programs.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management or telecommunications preferred.
3–5 years of telecommunications/wireless construction experience.
Strong vendor management skills and proficiency in MS Office/Excel for data tracking and reporting.
Hands‑on experience with small cell construction in the Right of Way, including node and construction drawing interpretation.

Pay Details: $48.00 to $50.00 per hour
