Associate Account Manager, NPWT (Seattle)

As an Associate Account Manager, you will support Account Managers in promoting NPWT brands (Pico and Renasys). Coordinate product availability, deliver clinical education, and lead sales presentations and events. Drive product adoption by navigating and expanding target accounts.
What will you be doing?
Support Account Manager(s) to address the business needs and goals within the district or region, promoting key Negative Pressure Wound Therapy brands, Pico and Renasys.
Use organizational skills to coordinate availability of products for hospital outpatient departments.
Provide in‑services to appropriate personnel and educate end users on the clinical benefits of products.
Deliver sales presentations and product lunches and dinners to key customers and customer groups.
Penetrate and maneuver through target accounts.
What will you need to be successful?
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Documented success in B2B sales; medical sales experience preferred.
Willingness and ability to relocate within the territory or region as business need arises.
Ability to obtain necessary vendor credentialing required in customer locations within assigned territories.
Travel: 50%.
All field sales professionals required to gain entry into healthcare facilities must complete the credentialing process and comply with facility requirements, including vaccine protocols. Benefits & Compensation Anticipated base compensation: $69,000 – $104,000 USD annually. Eligible for sales commission and incentives based on targets. Base pay dependent on job-related knowledge, experience, and location. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, flexible work, health savings account, parental leave, and wellness programs.
