Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Relationship Building:

Identify and cultivate new client relationships and referral sources through cold calling, networking, and market outreach.

Market Research:

Analyze ownership records, market data, and industry trends to provide clients with informed investment strategies.

Client Presentations:

Develop and deliver compelling marketing proposals to secure exclusive listing agreements.

Property Marketing:

Promote exclusive listings to qualified buyers.

Negotiation:

Negotiate offers and purchase contracts to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Client Advisory:

Advise clients on tailored real estate investment strategies to meet their financial goals.

Daily Routine

Advising clients on investment strategies to maximize wealth creation.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Experience:

Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; coachability is essential.

Licensing:

Real estate license required (not needed for initial interview).

IN PERSON – Ability to commute to our office located at Diamond View Tower overlooking Petco Park.

Skills:

Compensation
