Transaction Services - Data Analytics - Manager Join Riveron as a Transaction Services Data Analytics Manager. You will provide data‑driven insights for complex transactions with private equity and corporate clients, translating data into actionable recommendations guiding due diligence, post‑deal performance, and exit strategies.

Base pay range:

$116,000.00/yr – $175,000.00/yr

Who You Are

CPA and/or audit experience preferred but not required.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience combining financial due diligence and data analytics.

Minimum 2 years in transaction experience focused on quality of earnings, net working capital, and cash flows.

Minimum 2 years working with one or more of the following: data visualisation tools (D3.js, Tableau, PowerBI, Spotfire); data‑management technologies (Hadoop, SQL, Alteryx); analytics platforms (SAS, Azure); statistical software (SPSS, Minitab); programming languages (Python, R).

Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Thrives in dynamic, ever‑changing environments.

Problem solver with analytical rigor and excellent communication skills.

Willing to travel as required.

What You'll Do

Analyze extensive datasets using technologies like Alteryx, Hadoop, SQL to develop detailed EBITDA tables, net working capital analyses and other key metrics.

Use statistical software (SPSS, Minitab) and programming (Python, R) for in‑depth analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.

Reconcile data to key financial information of target companies whenever possible.

Lead data‑driven discussions in management meetings, translating findings into strategic recommendations for due diligence and transaction models.

Oversee analytics platforms (SAS, Azure) throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Mentor junior team members in data analysis techniques and tools.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance analytic capabilities.
