This is a hybrid position (2 days/week remote); must be local to Downtown ATL!
Position Overview / Responsibilities for the QA Automation Engineer- Salesforce
Engage in both manual and automation testing for Salesforce Service Cloud platform
Develop and enhance QA processes
Conduct backend database testing with SQL
Utilize Selenium for automation testing
Evaluate software dependencies and design test cases accordingly
Required Skills for QA Automation Engineer- Salesforce
Proven expertise in both manual and automation testing
Experience in developing and improving QA processes Strong skills in SQL for backend database testing
Hands‑on experience with Selenium
Familiarity with Salesforce Platform, preferably Service Cloud
Ability to evaluate software dependencies and design effective test cases
Basic programming knowledge to work within an automation framework
