Base Pay Range:
$80,000.00/yr - $104,000.00/yr
Openings:
2 Openings—1 Swing Shift & 1 Floating
What You’ll Do
Complete assigned tasks including painting, pressure washing, lighting maintenance, plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenance
Assist in supervising and implementing preventive maintenance programs
Maintain the work order system (CMMS) daily and complete tenant service requests
Assist in training and supervising the Engineering team
Support on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable)
Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controls
Comply with all safety procedures
Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational training programs
Other projects and tasks as assigned
What You Bring To The Table
3-5 years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable
Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within the first year (with JLL assistance)
Leadership/supervisory experience
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall
Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive
Strong customer service skills
