Expected Hiring Range: $20.13 – $25.40
Position Type: Full‑Time/Regular
Responsibilities • Schedule and confirm visits within the assigned time frame and ensure participants are prepared. • Educate participants about the research protocol, inform them of their rights and responsibilities, and obtain informed consent. • Conduct telephone or in‑person interviews to complete questionnaires. • Process biospecimens, including blood and urine samples, for storage. • Assist in the maintenance of study documents, participate in weekly study meetings, and enter clinical data into REDCap. • Update participant contact information, gather data from collaborating sites, and track information entered into the database. • Review results, repeat procedures if needed, and make judgmental calls regarding reliability and accuracy. • Inform staff at health centers of missing or required information to ensure compliance with agency regulations. • Provide general clerical support: handling forms, making reminder calls, preparing study materials, sending mail‑outs, filing, timing appointments, photocopying, faxing, and running reports. • Adhere to legal, professional, and ethical codes regarding confidentiality and privacy; obtain and maintain all study certifications, including Human Subjects Certification. • Participate in special projects and other duties as required.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 1–3 years of relevant experience. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
