About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead Women’s & Children’s Health services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and strategic direction for Women’s & Children’s units
Lead performance improvement, safety initiatives, and staff development
Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
Support budget planning, staffing, and operational effectiveness
Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and patient‑centered care
Must‑Have Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN required)
Current WV RN license (or eligibility for licensure)
5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in Women’s & Children’s Health
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and partner with physicians
BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications (or ability to obtain within the required timeframe)
