Technical Sales Specialist
to join their growing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with a scientific background who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and driving growth across the Benelux region.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of your sales pipeline, working closely with customers developing advanced therapies. If you're motivated by science, thrive on challenge, and love turning opportunities into results, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role This is a regional sales position where you’ll represent innovative bioprocessing and protein purification solutions. You’ll work autonomously across your territory to drive new business, nurture existing accounts, and feed back market insights to help shape strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete sales cycle within the Benelux territory, from lead generation to closing
Build long-term, consultative relationships with biotech and pharma customers developing next-generation therapies
Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities in protein purification and related areas
Collaborate with senior leadership to align on territory growth strategies
Gather and share customer feedback and market intelligence to support continuous improvement across the sales function
About You
Degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent experience)
Proven track record in technical sales, ideally within bioprocessing or protein purification
Comfortable hunting for new business and identifying strategic opportunities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach to solution selling
Proficient in CRM and sales platforms to manage your pipeline and support data-driven decisions
Fluent in Dutch, French or German, and English (written and spoken)
Salary & Benefits
Up to 50% OTE bonus
