Job Duties
Conduct in‑depth analysis of user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
Formulate data‑backed hypotheses and prioritize them for testing based on potential impact (using methodologies such as PIE or ICE).
Design, build, execute, and monitor rigorous A/B and multivariate tests on platforms such as Optimizely and VWO.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, copywriters, and front‑end developers to ensure accurate and timely deployment of test variations.
Analyze test results for statistical significance, communicate clear actionable findings, and document learnings to guide future strategy across the organization.
Focus on improving key conversion funnels, including product pages, checkout flow, sign‑up forms, and lead‑generation assets.
Keep up‑to‑date with industry best practices, new CRO tools, and digital marketing trends.
Accountable for monitoring data reliability – monitor data feeds, troubleshoot issues, and document processes.
Monitor website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates; inspect and upload customer product reviews.
Team up with our SEO specialists to increase online presence. Schedule and communicate intensive site maintenance as needed.
Analyze, identify root cause, troubleshoot, and resolve production technical issues; interpret trends to proactively address problems.
Retrieve, service, or work with customer service personnel to resolve complaints, product reviews, and information supplied through the website.
Monitor e‑commerce performance and explore testing, tuning, and optimization strategies with site design and usability.
Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and third‑party partners to interpret e‑commerce data and report meaningful health metrics.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications for the position
2+ years of hands‑on experience in a dedicated CRO, digital analyst, or e‑commerce optimization role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Expert‑level knowledge of web analytics software such as Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics.
Strong proficiency in using and managing A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target).
Excellent ability to interpret complex data, understand statistical significance, and translate quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating technical concepts and test results to non‑technical stakeholders.
