Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, supplier, and logistics disruptions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage technology to enhance supply chain performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to foster high performance and professional growth.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
Strong expertise in inventory management, procurement, logistics, and demand planning.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Qualifications
APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with global sourcing and logistics.
