DaVita is seeking a full-time Dilaysis Registered Nurse (RN) - FLOAT who is looking to give life in an Outpatient Dialysis Center!

This position will support/fLOAT to multiple DaVita Dialysis facilities throughout the Region. The ideal candidate must be comfortable floating between locations within a 30 to 40-minute radius of the New Haven, CT area.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting

Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes

Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians

Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options

Float to nearby clinics in Region as needed

What to Expect

Fast-paced, hands-on environment

Long-term patient relationships

Broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients

Paid training provided

Schedule

Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location

Full-Time schedule working 3-4 days/week, 10 - 12 -14 hour shifts (alternating Saturdays) - Sunday's off!

Qualifications

RN license in the state of practice

At least 6+ months dialysis experience is required

ADN required; BSN preferred

Basic computer proficiency

Reliable transportation for potential floating

Preferred (Not Required)

Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
