Ardent Counseling Center is seeking licensed therapists and counselors to join our growing team of outpatient mental health therapists and counselors. Therapists provide high-quality and innovative mental health services to couples, families, and individuals of all ages. Pay : $75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience). Education And Experience
Graduate level degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Licensed Clinical Psychology (PhD), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Support for You as a Provider
Excellent Pay: average commission is 35% higher than industry average in Illinois; up to $100,000 per year. NPI support, licensure renewal tracking, and expansion support. State‑of‑the‑art technology platform (HIPAA scheduling, video‑call platform, SOAP notes, patient progress tracking, communication & file‑sharing tools). Flexible service delivery: schedule based on your personal and professional schedule. In‑house marketing support to help establish practice (most providers have full patient load within two weeks). Automated billing and payment support. Tax support for individual practice tax submissions. Collaborative and supportive community of therapists and team members. What We Need
A genuine partnership with colleagues. Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours. Team‑orientation and professional development.
