Overview Mid‑Senior Level Litigation Associate position at a national employment law firm with over 25 offices and more than 450 attorneys. Compensation range is $200,000 to $265,000 per year.

Location: Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities

Handle California wage‑hour class action claims and PAGA cases.

Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.

Draft and argue motions and other briefs.

Take and defend depositions.

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Admitted to practice in the state of California.

Proven track record in defense litigation.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
