Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters including general liability, premises liability, auto, and torts.

Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.

Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials.

Provide strategic counsel to clients and deliver exceptional legal representation.

Qualifications 1 year of experience in insurance defense or related legal practice and a strong sense of mentorship.
