Responsibilities
Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and delivery of project deliverables.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities, securing project work.
Effectively manage multi‑discipline project teams, coordinating design‑build, traffic‑control, and general‑contractor delivery methods.
Oversee and supervise the design‑build and design‑construction phases of transportation infrastructure projects.
Provide staff support and teamwork, with a collaborative and respectful approach that fosters professional growth.
Qualifications
Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota or ability to be licensed within six months of hire.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced organization, technical, and analytical skills.
Strong supervisory and team‑building skills.
Minimum eight years of experience in transportation project management, including preliminary and final design, with design‑build project experience.
Proven ability to manage projects using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or MicroStation / Geopak.
Salary Framed at $100,000 – $140,000 per year. Compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including education, experience, skills, location, market analysis, and other relevant qualifications.
