Key Responsibilities

Unemployment & Leave Expertise : Manage claims efficiently, prepare documentation for hearings, and deliver weekly leave reports while guiding employees through compliant processes.

Compliance Champion : Keep labor law posters current, support audits, and maintain impeccable employee records.

Benefits & Payroll Partner : Handle open enrollment, resolve benefits inquiries, and provide backup for payroll verification and corrections.

Training & Recruiting Ally : Implement training programs, track records, post jobs, schedule interviews, and drive recruiting success.

Culture Builder : Lead recognition programs, organize events, update employee communications, and spark initiatives that boost engagement and morale.

HR All-Rounder : Support onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and special projects alongside HR leadership.

What They're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

3-5 years of HR generalist experience in a dynamic setting.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

essential for their multicultural team.

Strong grasp of HR compliance, labor laws, benefits, payroll, and training best practices.

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential matters.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with problem-solving prowess.

Preferred : Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity); experience in manufacturing or high-energy environments.
