$16.50/hr - $19.00/hr
Qualifications
1+ year(s) successful retail experience and a high school diploma (post‑secondary education encouraged; a retail management degree is a plus).
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, promoting effective sales and customer relations.
Ability to coordinate the activities of others.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
One year experience in specialty apparel retail management is required.
Preference given to candidates who can speak Cantonese and/or Spanish in addition to English.
Responsibilities
Meet personal sales goals and motivate others to drive store sales performance.
Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that others follow suit. Maximize profitability through excellent customer service by keeping all customer areas clean and presenting merchandise according to company merchandising standards.
Contribute to a positive team environment, keeping associates focused on achieving store and personal goals. Recognize associate successes and help boost store morale.
Process customer transactions and other register functions while adhering to company cash‑handling policies.
