Job Title: Channel Sales Manager
Location: Remote (San Francisco, CA and other locations)

What You Will Do
Retail Partnerships: Lead and expand relationships with major U.S. retailers and distributors, delivering breakthroughs on stagnant retail goals.
Placement Optimization: Drive breakthrough improvements in in‑store placement and visibility, reducing cost and improving performance.
Retail and Distribution P&L Optimization: Explore and optimize retail marketing opportunities.
Sales Growth: Deliver measurable sales increases by developing and executing data‑driven retail strategies.
Business Development: Identify and explore new opportunities in retail, B2B, and other sales channels.
Execution on Demand: Take ownership of special projects and high‑priority sales initiatives as required.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams and international teams to ensure alignment on retail execution.
Skills, Qualifications And Experience We Look For
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing retail sales, preferably from the brand side.
Experience working with or within sales agencies and distributors is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to activate retail marketing resources and optimize P&L performance.
Proven track record of overcoming key milestone bottlenecks in major U.S. retail channels (e.g., Best Buy, Costco) with measurable achievements.
Strong capability in building and sustaining client relationships, including developing trusted personal‑level connections to foster long‑term partnerships.
