Job Description This position supports research activities focused on the neurobiological and molecular mechanisms underlying stress‑related psychiatric disorders conducted in the laboratory of Nikolaos P. Daskalakis, MD PhD, at the Department of Pharmacology, Physiology and Biophysics. The role supports the analysis and integration of multi‑omic and clinical data from both human and animal models, including gene expression, epigenetic, endocrine, and behavioral datasets. Responsibilities include supporting data processing workflows, assisting with molecular assays, and collaborating closely with other team members on computational and experimental efforts. Tasks are performed in a collaborative environment and under the supervision of senior scientific staff.
Responsibilities
Support data processing workflows for multi‑omic and clinical datasets.
Assist with molecular assays and related data collection.
Collaborate closely with team members on computational and experimental efforts.
Integrate data from human and animal models, including gene expression, epigenetic, endocrine, and behavioral datasets.
Work in a collaborative environment under the supervision of senior scientific staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in neuroscience, molecular biology, bioinformatics, or a related field.
1‑3 years of experience working with large datasets and biological samples.
Background in neuroscience, molecular biology, bioinformatics, or a related field.
