Responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
Supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum age of 18.
Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
Physical demands require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
