About The Role In this role, you will drive growth across MoneyLion.com while also partnering with the Web Product team to maximize users into our mobile app and logged‑in experience. You will shape large‑scale, emotionally resonant campaigns with leading publishers and strategic partnerships while leading a high‑performing team to deliver real business impact across revenue and profitability goals. You’re both a results‑focused leader and a strategist—able to leverage the intangible power of brand while utilizing our Engine marketplace financial offers and native partner ads to drive value through data and business results. This role is ideal for a marketing leader who has scaled brand campaigns at the national level, secured senior stakeholder buy‑in, and transformed brand marketing into a high‑ROI revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Revenue Ops team to maximize value to our audience while achieving revenue goals (revenue per user – RPU)

Lead the Integrated Marketing team on branded and partner sponsorships and initiatives driving large audiences and revenue.

Lead the monetization team balancing user value and revenue on MoneyLion.com

Directly designing, negotiating, pitching and leading tentpole activations that fuel brand fame (e.g. Beast Games‑style campaigns) while tying directly to KPIs like awareness, engagement, lift, and acquisition (revenue) partnering with the BI and Analytics team.

Partner with Content and Audience teams in development and execution across media, creator, influencer, experiential, and digital marketing.

Share your best practices and successful strategies with brand leaders at other Gen Digital family companies such as Norton and LifeLock.

Lead and mentor a team of revenue ops and marketers and cross‑functional collaborators.

Inspire high performance through structured goal setting, creative freedom, and clarity of purpose.

You Are

A seasoned brand leader with 10–15+ years of experience in consumer marketing, brand strategy, or integrated campaigns.

Able to operate at executive altitude—comfortable in the boardroom, trusted by product, revenue, and growth leaders.

A creative‑meets‑analytical thinker who sees brand as both a business tool and an emotional driver, with a bias to data‑driven strategies and revenue modelling.

A proven builder of high‑impact brand campaigns that delivered measurable business results.

Passionate about shaping culture, shifting perception, and helping consumers feel more in control of their financial lives.

Compensation

Estimated Salary Range: $250,000 – $300,000 base

Bonus and/or equity may be offered based on experience
