Senior General Superintendent
Our client, the construction industry, is seeking a Senior General Superintendent to join their team. As a Senior General Superintendent, you will be part of the project management team supporting large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$200,000 - $250,000
What's the Job?
Direct and coordinate trade contractors and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work that meets project schedules
Supervise the construction of large projects or multiple projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and budget standards
Manage and develop the project team, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment
Develop, document, and communicate work plans, including handling changes in the field
Oversee project logistics, safety performance, and quality control, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
15+ years of experience on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects, preferably in life sciences or manufacturing
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and project management tools like Procore
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
OSHA 30 certification and experience supervising diverse project teams
