Overview Service Technicians at Sequoia keep our residents happy. You're the go-to person for maintenance, fixing electrical switches, repairing appliances, installing shower heads, patching drywall, and ensuring homes are spotless and ready for move‑in to provide a warm, welcoming experience for residents.

Responsibilities

Fix basic electrical switches.

Repair appliances.

Install shower heads.

Patch drywall.

Ensure homes are spotless and ready for move‑in.

Provide excellent resident and customer service.

Qualifications

Excellent resident/customer experience skills.

Positive attitude.

Eagerness to learn.

Efficiency.

Sense of humor.

On‑call availability.

Weekend availability.

Strong customer service skills.

Understanding of basic home maintenance.

Sunday to Thursday preferred schedule.

Great‑to‑Haves

Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation.

Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping.

Compensation $24 – $29 per hour plus quarterly bonuses.
