What You’ll Do Our Assistant Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager) is a leadership role with a strong emphasis on guest experience, visual presentation, and boutique operations. The ideal candidate has specialty retail experience and is a creative spirit who is ready to support our Boutique Team Leader (Store Manager) in creating an engaging environment for our guests and team members.
Responsibilities
Guest Experience: Leading and supporting a selling culture focused on building a confident, engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to guests.
Leadership: Driving sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics on and off the sales floor; planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks while maintaining guests as top priority.
Talent: Assisting the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high‑performing, diverse team; building bench strength and preparing team members for the next level; establishing open, candid, and trusting professional relationships.
Operations & Visual: Supporting and enforcing company policies fairly; maintaining a visually inspiring boutique that meets brand standards; problem‑solving and creating independent solutions.

Position Requirements
Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store
Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results
Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently
Flexible and adaptable
Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom; repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
