We are seeking an
In Home ABA Behavior Technician
to join the therapy team at
CSLOT - Center for Speech, Language, Occupational Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis .
This hourly, non‑exempt, part‑time position involves working directly with children and families in clinical and/or in‑home settings, implementing behavior reduction protocols and providing quality therapeutic services.
Base pay range $23.00/hr – $27.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
Responsibilities
Empower children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families to reach their full potential, helping them grow, learn and reach milestones.
Measure each client’s progress and monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans by collecting and evaluating data.
Provide ABA services in a clinical and/or in‑home setting.
Collaborate with BCBAs and peers to overview client progress and implement new programs based on milestones reached.
Implement programs created by BCBAs with fidelity, compassion and quality.
Meet monthly virtually for professional development and training.
Qualifications
Passionate about helping children on the spectrum and seeing their progress and growth.
Adaptable and able to build rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Commitment to working flexible part‑time after‑school/evening schedules.
Preferred
– Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other behavioral/developmental deficits.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to help children succeed in their goals and development.
